0:00.0	You know, God's not afraid of our sin. He wants to set free. And we can pretend we're free. And then there's so many people in church pretending they're free. And they put on church face every Sunday morning. And then, you know, wrestling with all sorts of stuff during the week. You're living with shame. Deliverance is such a real thing, but it's such a liberating force.

0:43.7	with us this week, a fantastic brother. His name is Adrian Galvin. Welcome, Adrian. Hi, Simon. Hi,
0:49.0	everybody. Good to be on. So good to have you. So Adrian, I don't think you introduce yourself as
0:54.0	an exorcist,
0:55.8	but you talk about deliverance ministry and inner healing, and you've got lots of crazy stories
1:01.5	that we're going to come to. But I love the beauty of how God met you in your brokenness. So let's
1:06.2	go back and hear that story. Go for it. Most of my life was a line that I heard along the way was that the end of self is the beginning
1:16.1	of God. And that was very much my story. I got to the end of self. I ended up in England
1:24.3	after about 10 years of very heavy drinking back in Ireland.
1:29.2	I needed to get out and I was consumed with drinking.
1:32.2	I wasn't a chronic alcoholic but I was a heavy binge drinker.
1:37.0	And I noticed even when I tried to cut down and not drink so many nights during the week,
1:40.4	I was constantly thinking about drink, where's the next drink going to be?
1:44.1	My mind was just saturated with thoughts of drink. Everything was constantly thinking about drink, where's the next drink going to be? My mind was
1:44.7	just saturated with thoughts of drink. Everything was all revolving around alcohol and drinking.
1:50.3	And I got over to England when it was about 27, I think, and I discovered cannabis. It was the
1:58.1	perfect way of getting out of just the inner tension and anxiety that I was feeling.
