I'm Gianna Jalosi with your Fox True Crime Minute. A California soccer coach has been charged with murdering a teenage boy on his team.

43-year-old Mario Egardo Garcia Aquino charged with special circumstance allegations of murder during the commission or attempted commission of Lodax with a child.

He could face life without parole or the death penalty.

13-year-old Oscar Omar Hernandez was last seen with Garcia Aquino Friday, March 28th,

after he boarded a MetroLink train to meet Garcia Aquino in Lancaster, about an hour from his home.

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hockman alleged Garcia-Aquino murdered Hernandez that same day.

And when he didn't return home, Garcia's family reported him missing.

answered the teen's phone, telling his family he'd been dropped off near home. But on April 2nd,

LAPD found Hernandez dead in a ditch more than 90 miles away in Oxnard. Garcia Aquino is also

facing unrelated assault charges with intent to commit a loot act against a 16-year-old.
