i know it's everywhere in california including vassalia devin's home district

however i've seen in these last days thanks to my colleague

jeff blizz photographs of downtown hollywood hollywood

and what we have are not just ten cities encampments two

historic structures made of tarps and with a door

and signs outside trash everywhere in a traffic

island in downtown hollywood also photographs of armed guards

private armed guards that have to be

hired in order to protect resonances and small businesses

also the overpasses on on the freeways the one oh one

lined with encampments of of the homeless we presume and within these last

hours a homeless person we presume pulled a knife and

sought to stab a woman who went to the police the police confronted the

homeless man with a knife and there was an exchange
