before we have videotape of managers at their desk between four and five and six and seven in the evening and nothing gets done if any value then it's like zombie land and it's just not it's just not effective yeah even though everybody's gone and you

yeah and you know like most of us I include myself in there sometimes.

We're terrible at managing time.

Well yeah part of the reason you're terrible at managing time and I am too is because time doesn't

need us to manage it and time doesn't respond well to manage.

It tends to keep right on going whether we manage to stuffing out of it or not.

Yeah, I tell it to slow down, it doesn't.

These days I tell it to slow down.

I used to when I was younger, say, wanted it speed up, but it didn't do either.

Right, exactly, yeah. And what that means is we think about managing time and we forget that what we should be doing is managing our priorities.
