entire life. And I am so excited for y'all to get to meet her. Obviously, she is Hardy's wife.

She is so much more than that. She really, her Instagram bio is like, woo girl, and she is just so nice. Like, we're telling you guys how we met, all the things. We're talking more about her motherhood. You guys are going to love. But before we get into today's episode, I did need to announce our next book club pick, which is

a house guest fave. It's Susie Welch's new book, becoming you. Earlier this year, we did the

values episode, which is one of, if not the most reference podcast episode. It is by me most

reference, but also just like the amount of DMs that I get from y'all about that episode every day. It was released in January. It's just the most interesting thing ever. Like you think you know what values are, but you don't. She creates this entire framework. She has this class at NYU where there's like 15, I believe, values that you have, things you've never heard of in your life. And then your aptitudes. And then she combines out with something it's like economically viable. It tells you what to do with your life. But more than that,

it makes you like understand yourself, understand other people better. It's so fascinating. So when this book came out, I was like, okay, that has to be a house guest book club pick.
