Let's get to it. I now drink three cups of green tea every day.

But that has not been my story for very long.

I used to drink coffee, espresso, more coffee,

more espresso, seven days a week for decades. My life today is different, and that all started

with a solid 30-day break from all caffeine just one year ago. Now, I am not caffeine free today,

and I probably never will be completely, but my life is radically better than before due to my

significant reduction in daily caffeine. And I want to share what I've learned since my transition

days off. I have talked at length about this before and I will go into some of that again today,
