quandary you're faced with as a startup, a one-man band, a small business, a large business,

How much time do you spend working on the business and how much time do you spend working in

Now, generally when you start up you have to work hard enough not to have to work hard.

So you know people talk about the hustle the grind and that's true that the harder you work, the
