Now I think many people think that you need money and you need

you know experience skills to be very successful.

And I think they come with success,

but you don't need them to get on the journey to success or to create success.

So the two assets I think you would require the most to become successful in any

venture are curiosity and resourcefulness and these are inherent human traits. So these traits you have, everyone has,

you don't have to learn them, they're inbuilt within you you know we have chemically

neurologically we've evolved to want to explore you know we see an

horizon you know beautiful scenery and we actually get chemical reactions in our body and

dopamine in our brain. So you don't need to go and raise tens of millions millions study at university and then an

M. A and then a master's and everything else for decades to have these traits and

these traits they're inherent and existing in every successful business and enterprise you've ever seen.

So, for example, when Steve Jobs designed his iPhone

and you know much of his hardware, beautiful equipment he wanted the inside to look

as beautiful as the outside and the people who designed his max would sign

inside and design it beautifully inside. He was curious about

design. He loved Bang and Olafson. He loved great architecture and he was

resourceful in creating design inside and outside.
