0:06.6	into the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol. Former President Trump and the committee
0:11.3	squared off in federal court over whether the National Archives can release Trump White
0:16.1	House documents subpoenaed by the committee. The judge in the case is expected to decide
0:20.6	whether a former president can assert executive privilege. And former DOJ official Jeffrey
0:25.9	Clark, who took part in a scheme designed to overturn the 2020 election, appeared before
0:31.1	the committee, but refused to answer any questions.
0:34.7	In other news, a grand jury indicted Igor Danshenko, a Russian analyst who contributed
0:39.3	to the steel dossier on charges of lying to the FBI. He's the third person to be charged
0:45.1	in the Durham probe into the origin of the FBI's Russia investigation. And the trial
0:50.3	started for the three men who are charged with killing Ahmad Arbery a 25-year-old black man
