You know, it'll be some homogeneous group and then it just never really turns into something

that we're really super proud of.

That's Mark Laurie.

He's an old friend of mine.

He's also a self-described serial entrepreneur who's had massive success at nearly every turn

of his career, thriving in the hyper competitive world of e-commerce.

Earlier this fall, he announced his biggest challenge yet, creating a new city from scratch.

And he hopes we'll set a global standard for urban living and become a blueprint for

future generations.

Mark joins me to discuss why he decided to embark on such an ambitious project, how he thinks

about risk, and why the success of his new city, which he's named Tulosa, will only succeed

with soul at its center.
