Special counsel Jack Smith continues his investigation into the Mar-a-Lago documents.

Smith is reportedly compiling evidence about Trump's knowledge, about the existence of

the documents, and about the proper declassification process, undercutting Trump's claims that

the documents were declassified.

In other news, a panel of fifth-circuit judges appears likely to restrict access to the abortion

pill mythopristone, following oral arguments in a case challenging FDA approval of the drug.

And the United States attorney for the District of Massachusetts has resigned after a DOJ inspector

general's ethics probe found various instances of misconduct.
