1:23.0	Jim Jordan has issued a subpoena to Mark Pomerance,
1:26.0	who used to work in the Manhattan DA's office and quit as people may recall.
1:31.0	And I'm sure do recall over the lack of interest that Alvin Bragg apparently showed
1:36.0	in bringing a particular brand of criminal case against Donald Trump.
1:40.0	Alvin Bragg filed a lawsuit in federal district court in the southern district of New York.
