This week we have a busy docket on the Cafe Insider podcast, a panel of 11 circuit judges

The court's opinion is very clear.

It says, if someone who hasn't yet been indicted is going to try and circumvent a criminal

investigation, then they have to show that there's been callous disregard for their constitutional

We said in no uncertain terms that there's nothing special about Donald Trump's status

as the former president of the United States, right?

And that was one of the arguments that was made by his lawyers that it's an extraordinary
