Hey folks, another busy week of politically charged legal news making the headlines.

On Monday, after holding out for over two weeks, GSA Administrator Emily Murphy informed

the President-Elect Biden that the formal presidential transition process can begin.

Meanwhile, while President Trump accepted the decision of the GSA, he vowed to continue

to contest the results of the election despite his team's failed litigation efforts in key
