1:05.1	got to figure it out. Every time I hear him talk makes my brain just rethinking, kind of
1:09.2	restructure everything that I was thinking about and re-look at my whole landscape of what I looked
1:13.9	at at a 5-10-15 year plan for real estate. So he's doing something a lot of people aren't. He's
1:18.4	behind a lot of the things you wouldn't even expect because he's a little bit of a low-key guy.
1:22.3	He's the guy behind the guy, but once you hear him talk, especially when we get about halfway
1:26.2	through, we move past the acquisition side, and we get into actually talking about the notes and
1:30.1	the way he structures this stuff like the banks and some of the benefits and how you parlay some
1:34.0	of the risks and some of the way he avoids those with the way he structures those deals,
1:39.3	it's pretty incredible. And there's a few aha moments I had even myself in there that I was like,
1:42.8	man, that was really awesome. That made a lot of sense. So I think you guys are going to love this.
