I don't want to be sick for ages, so I'm gonna just heal like crazy.

So I don't move.

I go into bed, I rug up, I get warm, I'm gonna cook the virus out. I drink like a whole two-liter bottle of orange juice. I literally just don't do anything. I have armor force, like, you know, cups of tea and stuff. Just fully go cocoon mode. And I have hot baths and just like sweat out, everything. And in like three days, I'm better. It's good. I speed run it. It is good. Did you, I do a similar thing. Did you also start doing it after hearing Naomi talk about long COVID? Uh, I don't know, maybe. Because she was talking about how if you have, if you have COVID and you start doing stuff, you get long COVID. Yeah. She was like, the best thing to do is not move at all. Yeah. Yeah. A muscle.
