to next week head back to the UK for a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed. They are no longer

on the amber list, but let's just see. Let's just see. We've got very flexible flights

if we need to be so excited to be finally going back to the UK after almost a year of not

seeing family. So that would be lovely. But anyway, let's move on to today. Today is

Wednesday. Today is the next letter in our action. All this week, five days worth of

the letter T. And T is all about time. And this is a phrase that I've heard time and time

again on the internet. Busy equals out of control. And I totally get that. Busy or hectic

host running around the place, trying to do everything themselves. I've seen it. I've

lived it. I've seen my parents try and do it. I've seen so many people do it. And it doesn't

help. So today, what we're going to do is we're going to try and focus on what hosts are

doing on their day to day. And what tasks can we have? Automate or outsource or delegate.

And that's what it really is all about. If I can help somebody save a couple of hours

a week, fantastic. But this is what we're going to be delving into today. So if you're
