Buster Bear is awake and thinking about breakfast as he listens to the Laughing Brook. Fish! He decides sounds great so off he goes to the brook. When he arrives he surprises Little Joe Otter and gets a nice treat to start his day! Little Joe Otter is not so happy, but he has a plan.
