I don't believe is very complicated

It's just requires diligence

So stairs is a diligent guy, so it's been great to work with him in the last 13 years, but

We respect each other enough each week to say hey

You know we every Thursday at seven I need to call his bingo and it's a thing where like he knows

He's my first meeting of the day. He knows I'm coming out of my staff meeting so the idea is you know

I try to call him right on time we're very close to

It doesn't mean that something that won't come up or things of it

But ideas that we have a trust based upon. There's a weekly meeting. He leaves the meeting with homework

I leave with homework and then he knows that if he gets stuck

During the week he can call me. There's no extra cost no extra fee

And I can call him and we just have that relationship Steve and I we meet every week
