I try to refine our systems to make it even easier every time.

And the box is, some people get hung up on this,

and I just want to show you this.

There's some intentional parts to it that maybe are subtle.

But typically, your arrows, you would go like this.

And then the numbers would be an order you one would think.

But sometimes you have to skip a step to go to the next step

and then come back to a step.

So normally you would go one, two, three, four, five, six.

You can't follow a path.

But I find, as a lot of business owners,

we go to step one, step two, step three.

But then they don't know who their top three competitors are.

And they don't know their unique value proposition.

And so it's hard to scale the company
