It's not easy out there for job hunters.

Hiring is slowing.

Fewer job openings posted.

So how are job seekers supposed to navigate this job market and

get their next job offer? Your currency, your worth is your currency, how current you are. And so I

think that the way you've got to present yourself is somebody who is a voracious learner,

a person who's ready to pivot, who's incredibly elastic, like shows that you can jump

from thing to thing without losing your mind.

There is a lot of discussion about affordability, especially when it comes to young Americans

and their ability to buy their first home.

A key step in achieving that American dream, a good job.

But the problem, getting that good job has become harder, especially

for Gen Z. Economic growth is being driven by productivity and investment in artificial

intelligence rather than hiring. This is creating what some call a jobless boom in some

industries. Translation here, the job market, it's very competitive.
