So do you want to just start by telling us sort of who you are and what your role is at life search

and kind of how you got to this point? Yes. So it's a my job title at life search. It's head of

expert advice and that sort of incinerates that all of our advice isn't expert, but we have

a brand at life search, which is an expert, which is us providing our services to financial

wealth managers, GI brokers, accountants and so forth, and providing advice services to today

customers. And that's that's the team that I head up. In particular, that advice evolves around

business protection advice, inheritance tax advice, group protection advice, and then if it

is a little bit quirky in the industry. And I sort of got here through Osmosis. I was a good

advisor. I'd come over from the world of general insurance in the first instance where I'd

always worked with businesses. So I understood the environment, understood the needs. I've
