Hello, welcome to another episode of Pop Bear Hikes.

Hey everybody, I'm going to start off by thanking a couple of people who contributed to 46

Climes recently, Susan Catherine and John, aka Special K. Coral.

Thank you very much for your donations, your generosity, and John hopefully you'll get out there and join us on the 10th on our hike.

We had a lot of fun last year, and I'm really looking forward to it.

And I want to thank you both additionally, because as I said a few episodes ago, there are things going on this summer that put me in a position where I had to

put some of my projects and interest on hold, and 46 Climes unfortunately was one of them.

But despite that, a lot of people have been responding and donating and been very generous.

So, Susan and John, thank you and everyone else who has contributed.

Today's episode, I'm going to talk about a couple topics here, and they're both related to leave no trace.

And if I sound like I'm ranting, I probably am.

But, you know, here's the thing, we're going to start on this.

People hike with their dogs, I think it's great.

For some people, dogs are a very important companion.

I grew up with dogs as an adult.

I mean, they didn't have a dog in the house, but I understand that relationship.

My family members that have dogs.
