Today's episode is being recorded at night, which is a different vibe than normal. Like,

usually I'm a morning motivated person, but I also do love the nighttime sometimes, depending on how I actually handle my night. So tonight,

I had a really good night. We made dinner. I made some banana bread. I always have a better night

when I have dessert. Let me know if anyone else is like that because for some reason it just like

boost my mood, especially if I like make the dessert like it's one thing to just

have chocolate or ice cream but to actually like bake something it just it makes me feel good

so we're getting a very relaxed version of me today but it kind of ties into today's episode

which is going to be about burnout I'm like talking about burnout in this episode and I'm

literally recording at night. But honestly, like the recording process, like filming, recording,

taking pictures, like for Instagram stories and stuff. Like that doesn't really feel like

worked to me. So yeah, I didn't, I didn't draw the boundary here, but I probably should have.

But we're going to ignore that today.

But pretty much burnout is just to be like completely exhausted.

Either you're overworked or you just completely destroy like a passion or a love for something.

So we're going to talk about burnout today because it's very, very common. It's definitely

common in my life and I've experienced it and it's actually something that I struggle with,

not only in like work, my day to day life, but also in terms of like health and fitness. And I feel

like I always am referring things back to health and fitness and like my fitness journey because
