new york nix game too yeah sure but we're talking about the new york giants here uh so let's get into

that yeah um no excitement for the nicks we're talking about the news. There's a New York Giants podcast. Wow. I'm just excited about New York sports right now. And I got to throw something in there. Yeah. Yeah. New York sports are, they're great, dude. Yeah, they're excellent. All right. I needed something to start. This is the off season for the Giants. need something to start this this off with a little bit of momentum here. But we can be excited about the Giants too because the Giants signed DJ Reeder, defensive tackle, who we've been talking about for weeks on this pod. And that's the first place we're going to start today with their decision to add DJ Reader to the room. I know DJ Fricking Reader. Now, this is no surprise to us, New York giant fans,

but now this whole approach, Dan, and audience. I had to tweet this out, by the way,

for the defensive line is going to be completely different than anything we've seen,

where the entire defense is structured around one player for a very long time, not just with

Dexter Lawrence, but you can argue with Leonard Williams as well. neither are here. And your best defensive tackle right now is probably the guy

you just saw. Like, DJ Reeder might be the Giants best defensive tackle. That's not a, like,

that's, there's a reason for some concern, but they're going to more than likely go with a heavy

platoon rotation based on matchups. And it seems like the Giants have at least enough possible players in there that I think are competent enough to hold a point of attack and allow Arvel Reese and Tramaine Edmonds to run around, fly around, and make plays. Well, they also signed Zach Pickens as a player. I remember evaluating with you. South Carolina kid. Yeah. Yeah, I remember us evaluating him. We liked his length. I think it's six foot four.

I, and I didn't have it in front of me. I want to check out his wings man. I'm going to take a look now at the Zach Pickens mock draft.

Well, I thought if I remember that he had a good wingspan as well, arm length, 85th percentile, hand size 80th percentile.
