Folks, so many stories to get through and I'll be doing it this morning in the company of one of my favourite political commentators, former special advisor, Charlie Roley.

And we'll start with a sporting story because you're a big Arsenal fan. Oh, I am, Mark.

Have you been to bed? I have been to bed. But it was very difficult because I did watch the match last night between Man City and Bournemouth.

And that went on to about 10 o'clock. But then, of course, the endless doom scrolling on social media to see the fans come out and surround the

Emirates stadiums surround the streets of London the celebrations into the night I wish I was

there I had a bit of FOMO I have to say but my commitment to you this morning

outweighed that well I support the other team in north London who aren't doing so well and that

would be Tottenham it's a big moment because it's two decades I think Arsenal Arsenal have waited for this trophy, isn't it? It is, yeah. 22 years. And if you think about

it, I mean, to just put that into perspective, I mean, I've been going since I was six when my

dad first took me to a match, but I was 14 when Arsenal last won the league. I'm now 36. That

is a whole player's career that has gone by without winning the Premier

League. So not that I would have made it as a footballer, but you know, you can imagine, you

know, a young kid starting out 14 in the academy going on to play professional football,

you know, and then ending their career at 36, 37, no one would have seen a trophy lifted,

so I'm chuffed. Well, I've seen your calf muscles and they're very impressive.
