My name is Dan Anzis, and I'm joined in a city

filled with heroes still and bunkers, and they ain't going nowhere. Mark Sessler, Chris Wessling,

that applies and you just feel it from head to toe it's uh this day i will miss you guys though

i mean uh the weekend you're not going to be too much different other than than this show i will

miss this hour of normalcy with you guys.

Anybody had some big weekend plants?

I'm on nesting duty,

wallpapering and painting the nursery.

So a lot of hard labor.

I got seven boxes weighing approximately 420 pounds total that make up a bunk bed for the boys.

So that's my weekend.

Going to fly high now.

I consider myself my children's personal trainer.

We call it Body by G.

So we've got some bike rides. We've got some, you know, runs around the neighborhood. It's going to be big. I mean, you just told us that parks and

trails are cut down. My kids desperately need to move those arms and legs. And I'm not sure how that
