Now right off the bat, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who sent me messages this week in response to the episode that I published at the beginning of the week.

I've had some really generous and kind emails and d'ams from people sharing why they listen to the podcast, how long they're doing. and me and also it's been really helpful for me professionally but also just wonderful for me as a human being and also it's been lovely to connect with people who have been taking the time out some people for over eight years to tune in every week sometimes twice a week so thank you so much

I appreciate all of those messages and I'm taking the feedback on board to move forward with a show that hopefully continues to entertain, inform and

keep you hooked and subscribed so that you never miss an episode. Now with that said

I want to move on and what I want to talk about in this catch up is something that hopefully

it doesn't sound too grumpy and I say grumpy because you know what, complaining gets traction, complaining, being grumpy, being opinionated,

gets you likes, gets you engagement.

And I've always steered what I hope is away from that into something

that doesn't and you can see you can see it in my comment section but there

aren't loads of people diving in to express their opinion.

But I have started a substack and as some of you know if you've subscribed, thank you very much.

It means that I am finding my voice again when it comes to writing because the writing voice is a

very different muscle from the one that gets used when you speak on a podcast.

It's very different when you commit pen to paper or keyboard to word document.

You have to be very sure of what you're saying because the opportunity to

attract or correct in an instant is unavailable.
