It is so cold in this city right now here in Arizona and Phoenix.

I had to turn the heater on yesterday. We never turned the heater on here. There's no need for it.

It might get down into in the coldest of winter. Sometimes it gets down into the forties and you wake up and it's a little chilly in the house.

But the nice thing about at least where we live in our house, it was built in 2019. So it's relatively new and it's super well insulated, like really well insulated.

And so when for both air conditioning and maybe I guess if you had to retain heat inside like you do in the winter time.

And so it might be 40 degrees or 45 degrees outside, but it's still, you know, 65 degrees in the house.

And 65 degrees is plenty warm enough for me. But man, these last couple of days, it's been getting down into the thirties.

We had a freeze warning the last two mornings because it got down and dipped into freezing if you are outside the city towards the desert.

And I'm waking up and I'm just shaking, I'm shivering. And I'm like, why am I so cold?

And then I look at the thermostat and it says it's 52 degrees in the house. And I'm like, this is insane.

Like I'm cold right now. I'm literally sitting here. I put a jacket on and everything. So, you know, it's hard.

These are big first world problems I'm having to deal with here in the desert.

Yeah, your life is so tough with the 30 degree weather, challenging. Don't know how you could do it.

We're not on our third snowstorm in a week or anything. You know, no big deal.

I know. It's going to be sunny. I'm going to go for a nice walk along the canal later on today.

And it'll be warm enough. I'm just going to warm up into the high fifties, low sixties today.

And so we'll go for a little walk, take the dog out. Maybe go sit outside, have some dinner. That's what we're going to do.

But anyway, I hope you all had a good time. Last night we had our last night.

We had our kind of fixture marketing, how to create an irresistible offer or irresistible marketing message, right?

Because there's a difference between the marketing message and kind of the offer, the sales offer that you make to people.
