Happy Monday, everybody. Well, some of you it's a happy Monday. For others of you not so much.

I don't know if you guys, I'm not a sport guy. I don't watch a lot of sports.

But when my hometown chiefs are playing in the AFC championship, I pay attention.

It's a big day. I'm a big Eagles fan too because one of my good friends, Brian McWilliams is an Eagles fan and I have another friend here in town who is a huge Eagles fan.

So why not? Plus, I mean, I don't really care for San Francisco. Now my wife's family, huge San Francisco fans.

So they were terribly disappointed at performance last night by San Francisco, but what are you going to do?

We talked about it in the pre show today. It's just at some point you, you run into your four string quarterback and he gets a concussion.

What are you going to do? It's like at some point you're just like it doesn't matter. There's no way we can win this game now and that was kind of where they came out.

So it was great for, it was great for the Eagles, but the commentator said something and I thought it was, I thought it was good.

It's like, you know, you just want to, you just want a chance to play, right?

Like you want to show up and you want to have your best team against their best team and whatever happens that day, let the chips fall where they may San Francisco didn't get that opportunity.

And I felt bad for him, but not enough to not enough to lose any sleep over it.

And then of course, cheese one, they won that nail bider against the bangles and that was a big one because they have yet to win against those guys and my homes ended up taking down.

What's his name? What's that dude's name? He's like 12 Joe Barrow.

Yeah, Joe Barrow. Boy, that dude's that dude's going to be, he might, he might become the greatest quarterback who's played the game.

He just in terms of what he can do already after just a few years in the league. And I say that knowing nothing about ball.

There we go. And there it is.

But that's not what we're talking about today. Today we're going to round out the five part series that we've been doing on the four core systems that you need to have built in your business.

And this is, this tie is dovetails really well with the letter that I wrote this morning and sent out to you guys every, every Monday, I write something to you all.
