started. Hey hey welcome back everybody so glad that you're here every time I

think I'm losing weight see the weight on the the weight on the scale keeps

going down but the camera the camera is keeping me fat so just so you guys know

if you see it if you see it you know we'll pudge around the mids around the

chin here around the cheeks that's the camera it's not me no it's a hundred

percent me I'm still I'm still fat even though I've lost what have I lost now

I haven't I've been keeping everybody updated on the sober January but I'm

down so I was 2.17 when I started I'm 2.10 this morning it's about seven pounds

not bad I still got quite a ways to go I got need another probably 20 pounds

needs to come off of me from about 190 195 I consider that kind of my

fighting weight but I hope you all are having a great start to the year as you

know we've been talking a little bit about about the four core systems that you

need to build into your business last week we talked about the marketing

system and if you remember back on Wednesday of last week I said hey one of

the things I want to do is I want to really help you guys with this I want you

to I want to take the time to work through this this marketing language so that

you can hopefully create a little better marketing a little bit of marketing
