Wise counsel are people that actually care about your relationship with Jesus, your relationship

with your spouse, with kids, friends, family. They want to help you get better in all those

areas and help point you to Jesus constantly because they know that's what will help you

grow and become a better Christian and wife and mother, whatever God calls you to. And so wise counsel is very

important to have. If you're single, before you get married, your single friends may not be

wise counsel for your marriage because they've never been married. Just because somebody's a relative

or a family member doesn't mean that they're wise counsel. They may have an opinion,
