we've go back quite a number of years and um and for people that have just arrived on earth

tell me a little bit about your background and how you

ended up doing what you're doing. Well, by training, I'm a clinical psychologist, and I do a number of

things, sort of like you do. If you had the pizza, what slices you use, you know, is what I am. I founded and operate the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling

at Concordia University, Irvine, California, which we're going to get to that you are now,

we're building a Bob Goff Center for you and partnering with us. That's a whole other fun thing.

I also have an organization of town's leadership program.

I write books currently writing a book on leadership with Barry Corey, who is the president of

Biola University.

And I'm also writing a textbook on counseling, a clinical research-based textbook.

And I do a lot of consulting around the country with various organizations

and families. I had written a couple books and you said, yeah, I write books too. And then I asked

you, how many books have you written? What's that number? It's in the 40 range, something like that.

Crazy. So when you say, I've been in your office and there's quite a big bookshelf

and it's like all under T for Townsend, I'm like, wow, those are all the books. So if you're
