Alvin "Hope" Johnson is a Multifamily Developer with almost 40 years of experience in Real Estate. Alvin is the President of the Hope Housing Foundation which is a Texas Non- Profit that is dedicated to helping low income to moderate income households be able to live in affordable housing while developing the community. Alvin talks about how he generated a Chapter 11 liquidating bankruptcy and built the company to an astonishing 2 billion net worth.
Ryan bring's on his good friend from church and business partner Alvin Johnson. Alvin addresses what his Non- Profit does and how they give back to the community to help wide ranges of Families in different situations to find the home perfect for them. Alvin shares the process of actually building the homes and complexes and on average how long it takes. Ryan and Alvin talk about the different changes that builders have been doing to help the homeowner save more money per year.
Alvin talks about how a man he met in 2007 who he ended up working for as a volunteer to help give back to the community which ultimately led Alvin to becoming the President of the Company.
