What's up? How are you?

Good man, we, there's a long time coming. I've wanted to have you on the show because you know I like to get the top coaches on and you've now become I think you've kind of like vaulted yourself into that upper echelon of coaches with this latest win.

Not that you weren't there before,

but this definitely like puts you there.

So yeah, thank you.

I mean, it's been so surreal, like honestly, I mean,

I just had this goal for so long that I wanted to achieve and how it happened and who it happened with and just the whole week that

we had together I mean we could talk a long time just about that but the whole

thing has just been like I felt like this huge burden like self-induced burden kind of

just released from me now obviously we're now on the other end of the spectrum where you know we need to hold the title now and that's the goal but it's really been incredible like I can't thank everybody now for the support that they've given me through this.

You know, this was a dream. This was a dream come true for both of us.

So it's been awesome.

When you say there's a burden you want it to release, I don't know how many coaches expect to win the

Olympia but was that was something that was like on your shoulders?

Yeah, I mean that's that's been the reason I mean ultimately one of the reasons why I've

done this from the beginning is I wanted to I wanted to win that and you know that

the basically the biggest title you could win in body building like that that's that's what I wanted to do.

Yeah, so you've had that ambition from the beginning because I mean it's crazy a lot of people that start coaching

That have a passion for it want to make their clients great and they want to have a big roster and they want to help people win but

They're the first person I've actually heard say I wanted to win an

Olympia. Yeah, yeah I definitely did you know and I think too like I know we just
