0:52.5	about service agreements. So the main thing we're going to be talking about today is service agreements and how to continually make money with your business with the revolving customers and the lifetime value of the customer.

1:05.8	Tell me a little bit about your day and how everything's going out there.
1:09.4	Well, it's like Arizona.
1:10.8	It's hot.
1:11.8	It's got one season.
1:13.1	I'm a transplant from New York to Florida and loving life here in Florida.
1:18.7	I was blessed to buy this company here 14 years ago.
1:22.5	We were doing about $2 million in revenue.
1:25.0	The company was called N&M Cool and heating, called Cool Today, Energy
1:29.7	Today, and Plumbing Today, and three different brands for three different trades. We're having
1:34.4	a great year. We had a great year last year, and we have great people and great culture.
1:40.7	So the business, you got about 14 years ago.
1:47.5	How old is the business that, when did it originally start?
1:54.2	It started in 1963, a long pop company, and it just did heating and air.
