you you like to invest in multi-family rentals you don't your bread and butter isn't the single-family houses, right?

Correct.

I acquire.

I flip single-family houses.

I'm here in Sacramento, California, Northern California.

I flip single families.

I'm not opposed to keeping them, but multifamily is my target, and especially cottages.

Let me make sure that I understand what you're buying. So you've found these plots of land that

have multiple little cottages on them, right? Exactly. Older cottages, older houses and the

properties, I'm neither opposed, and part of my portfolio would contain a number of duplexes,

more than four.

Okay.

So, you know, say eight duplexes.

But cottages, also some of the properties are our apartments units all along.

I don't own any where there's a second story where there's somebody above you.
