A lot of people in business and real estate and all these different ventures, but I don't hear of the parking lot of industry come up very often. But we see parking lots everywhere. I mean, there's a lot of parking lots downtown where we live, where our office is located. Everyone has cars, right? That's never going to go anywhere. And there's always a shortage of parking in a lot of
