When I go back home to my home in Louisiana, it was a lot of chaos.

Well, I'm the first Siamese twin joined at the chin and neck to survive in medical history.

So my parents were pastors, but they weren't Christians.

What was preached in our church was not modeled in our home.

She had promised her mother that she would marry the first man that made her forget.

She had scars. I stopped normalizing poor behavior in myself.

Dear young married couple, did you grow up in a dysfunctional home? Today, we're interviewing

Clifton and Paula Lejeurene on how to build a healthy family after a dysfunctional childhood. Yeah, Clifton and

Paula are such a neat couple. They've been married for 33 years and they pastor a church in

Louisiana for 27 years. They have two incredible kids that are now married and have families of their

own. And we learned so much in our interview with them.

They both come from intensely adverse childhood upbringing.

You're going to hear a lot from both of them.

I don't want to spoil it, but from medical fragility to abuse, to multiple marriages from their parents.

It's just so much that they came from. And they were determined with intentionality to create
