recording closet. We are here on my sofa together in Philadelphia. Sarah, how are you doing?

I am good. I am very happy to be back. Yeah. Well, for those who are paying attention, Sarah just

actually took a very quick trip to this part of the world about, what, two weeks ago?

Yes. So I had already planned this trip and then realized that I really wanted to make it

here for my niece's sixth birthday party as I've missed a lot of her birthdays. And so at first,

I went through sort of a thought process like,

well, I can't go twice. And then I realized that the tickets were actually quite inexpensive.

And that it is, in fact, possible to go to Philadelphia for one night and still kind of

spend pretty much the whole weekend there. So I actually went twice. The first time,

I did not get to hand with Laura. But this time, I have lots more time. So we are having a podcast recording party. And yeah, lots of fun. It'll be lots of fun. So, yeah, I mean, with travel, I mean, you can do like duration, like stay somewhere for a long time. You can also do frequency, you know, and just have shorter durations. I guess you can be on either team,
