1:45.2	the Democrat from West Virginia, the Senate, Delta, huge blow to the Biden administration.
1:53.8	When he said, look, I can't vote for the bill, back, better bill. So I'm not going to. And

2:04.8	the reason is it's just so expensive. And nobody knows where the money's going to go.

2:31.8	know, we can't do this. And then Mr. Biden says, oh, it's already paid for. No, it's not.
