It's our final regular season live stream of 2024. We've got a good

one lined up. We've got some news to get to off the top. We've got some questions about

unique pitches. Kumar Rocker. Does he throw a deathball? Splinkers. Are they real? Do they actually

exist? Are they their own pitch? Or they just something else with a new name? We'll dig into

those questions. And we've got our first ever build a pitcher draft inspired by one of our listeners, Ben Johnson, sent us a great message on Discord. With a whole bunch of different traits the pitchers could have, we're going to draft those traits and see who actually builds the best pitch. We'll see if I can even build an actual pitcher. I'm not even sure I'm going to get a functioning major league pitcher out of this draft,

especially dealing with you two guys.

We could get some people from Discord telling us who they think we drafted.

Like, after we get a guy, like, and I'll try to see if I can, if we actually, if somebody

fits, if we had this a comp for who we did or if we just all figured out a way to pick Pedro Martinez. That won't happen. I'm pretty sure that can't happen based on the way the draft is set up.
