Hello, Buglers and welcome to issue 4,062 of the Bugel Audio Newspaper for a visual world for the

week beginning Monday 19 March 2018. I am Andy Zoltsman and I'm here in London because of

well a series of unlikely coincidences stretching back what around about 100,000 years now.
