relatable and I'm also just really honored that I get to do this podcast and that we

get to have this medium to connect on and that I get to go on adventures with you and just hear what you

That being said, I like to think of us like girlfriends.

So I want to honor your time, but I also need to kind of tee you up with a little bit of

backstory before we dive into some tangible things that I have around if you're in a

season of feeling lost or stuck. So I was in a season in the fall of 2018 where I did really kind of feel

quote-unquote lost and it almost just took me off the tracks because once I labeled myself lost my brain went

into self-confirming bias like it does where I was looking for all of this

evidence to prove myself right to prove why I was lost as if I didn't know what was coming next how

long was it going to take me to get to my next goal you know what did I really
