you know, one isn't enough. So this episode on the King of Pentacles is all about taking the risk

of honoring and following what is sacred to you, and to do that takes courage. So I just want to

briefly acknowledge that yes, the Between the Worlds schedule has been intermittent of late,

and the reason for that is because I am changing, growing, responding to the world, and that takes time

in silence. It takes rest and reflection and listening, and I'm trying to model all of that

by listening to my own soul's needs. And as you know, our culture does not honor the quiet,

the dark. There's this constant imperative to comment, speak, produce, grind. But in my heart,

I know that we should be listening to the cycles of nature, which also means listening to and

honoring our own cycles. So this episode, the King of Pentacles, is very much about facing our fears,

and as mythologist Michael Meade, whom I lean heavily on in this episode says, terror grows where

fears are not faced and entered into. So honestly, I am finding that it takes a lot of strength

to face my fear of what might happen if I stop grinding, if I slow down. So that's kept my

grinding for a really long time, like for years. But right now, every cell in my body is demanding
