You know, I was just looking at my calendar. Next Friday is Friday the 13th. It was Friday

the 13th in February, too. I know. It's weird that there's two so close.

February is always the same day in March because there's only 28 days unless it's a leap year.

Oh, I don't know Friday the 13th.

Yeah, I only pay attention to that because my birthday's in March.

So I always know what day of the week it's going to be on in February. I'm like, oh, it's on a Tuesday, you know, because it's always the same.

But yes, it's Friday the 13th.

And, you know, what happens on Friday the 13th for me?

What?

I close on selling my house.

Oh.

Yeah.

Well, no, I'd have probably changed that date. Yeah, it's fine. It's fine. How about you want to hear something funny? Yeah. I had to meet with the notary today. And he was like, he was like, do you know who's buying your house? And I'm like, yes. And he's like, yeah, that's kind of cool. It's like a Pittsburgh celebrity. And I'm like, okay, okay. It's a lawyer with a couple billboards in the city. But this guy was all like, yeah, it's Pittsburgh celebrity. And I was like, sir, I don't know if you're aware who's selling the house, but like it was on a TV show.

Like the house was on a show that was shown in 120 countries.

You know what I mean?

Like, yeah.

I don't think the Pittsburgh lawyer is that exciting, but I did not say anything.

But he's like, oh, yeah, you're selling the house just celebrity.

I'm like, uh-huh.

Well, I have decided that I am going to either rent my house here in Florida or sell it.
