I was really intrigued by the news at the time. I reached out to Brian and Megan to see if I could

host a conversation to explore what this new chapter meant for them personally and for

Ironfar in general. And Brian promised as the gentleman that he

is to come on just as soon as it made sense and just as soon as he could share more. So here we are

six months later to do just that. Of course, we focus the discussion on the present and future of I Run Far, but we also talk a lot about the humble beginnings of the site.
