So some action yesterday in the Kauberger case, the actually Idaho Four case.

And one of the decisions is that Judge Hippler has made a decision

that Coburg's family will be allowed in the courtroom during the trial and not just to testify,

He's been criticized by many as being a pro-prosecution judge. I don't think of him as that,

decisions, and I believe that his decisions are made based upon the law, case law, and precedent.
