We haven't been on the Idaho quadruple case,

the Brian Kohlberger case in a while, but some court action has been occurring, and specifically,

this is the thumbnail. We have Brian Koberger's alibi is there any merit to it and as you guys that have been following this case have recalled months ago his attorney Ann Taylor said that

they have an alibi and so the judge was anxiously waiting to hear, well, what is it?

You can't say you have an alibi and then not present the alibi.

And when you present an alibi, you either must present an alibi witness or the person

trying to bring up the alibi, maybe has to testify.

But we'll go over that with our legal expert tonight.

But everyone was waiting for, okay, Coburg has got an alibi.

What is it?

We want to hear what it is.

And when you hear it, I don't want to prejudice you or lean you one way or the other.

But you may be a little bit, I'm going to use a New York slang word.

You may be a little bit fugazi about it.

You may say, whoa, I don't know about that one.

I don't know if I'm buying that.

But we'll talk about it.

We'll look into it.

Glad to see that Koberger has some defenses.

He's got a good defense attorney named Ann Taylor, but now an alibi.
