I think it was a consistency. I'm not that consistent. I think Zig was, and you know this,

I was at IBM in 1972, my first full year in sales. I was struggling as a sales, that doesn't mean I didn't sell a lot. I did sell. I sold my furniture and I sold my car. She zigzaglin. So one of my buddies said, let's go to Toastmasters. I'm a Toastmaster member. So he took me to Toastmaster. Blew me away. I needed that. What I'm teaching is taking these 11 skills in order to take the spotlight off yourself
